About us

Gluten Freedom has the distinction of being the world's first TV cooking and lifestyle show solely dedicated to gluten free food.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, which many people call the food capital of the world, we will show you how to prepare the tastiest recipes and introduce the experts who can show you how to get the most out of your gluten free lifestyle.

You'll also meet other gluten free personalities, from entertainment stars to sports stars and media celebrities, and learn how they cope with being gluten free.
